Big Lights LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit biglightsllc.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you provide. If you contact us through the quote form or email, we collect the name, email address, phone number, event details, and any other information you submit.
- Automatic information. When you visit the Site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) collects anonymized data such as your IP address (truncated), device and browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location at the city level. This is used to understand site usage in aggregate.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes for services.
- Deliver, invoice, and follow up on contracted services.
- Improve the Site's content and performance.
- Comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and Analytics
