Welcome to Big Lights LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of biglightsllc.com (the "Site") and any services we provide. By accessing the Site or engaging Big Lights LLC for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Big Lights LLC provides event lighting design, stage production, theatre lighting, projection mapping, and related production services. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, quote, or invoice; those documents control over anything stated on this Site.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to (a) violate any law, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, (c) interfere with the Site's operation, or (d) misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or restrict access at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, logos, designs, text, and code, is owned by Big Lights LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for normal browsing and personal reference.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." Big Lights LLC disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for delivered services is governed by the engagement contract for that service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Big Lights LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a posted update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when the Terms were last revised.
